If your desk is too chaotic, free up some space and leave just the essentials. The personalised desk planners are an indispensable everyday tool to help you organise your work. With our desk planners, you can check all your commitments in no time at all.

High-quality printing guarantees that your graphic design will impress, offering you an appealing and professional product to display.

The desk planner is printed on 90 gsm classic uncoated paper with landscape orientation. For a robust hold, the sheets are backed with rigid 400 gsm white/grey paperboard. The block of sheets is also glued to the base, or the sheets are joined at the bottom.

This type of binding allows the sheets to be torn off easily after use and at the end of the week. Each desk planner comprises 50 pages.

The planner has a week-to-view format available in three different layouts. Each sheet features the seven days of the week divided into the hours of the day and a column displaying all 12 months, to give you a broad overview of your time.

Planner printing: personalise it your way!

When you create your personalised desk planners, Pixartprinting allows you to choose the following:

  • Size: three different sizes (21 x 29.7 cm (A4), 29.7 x 42 cm (A3) or 42 x 15 cm).
  • Graphic design: select one of the three layouts available for the week-to-view grid.
  • The calendar planners are available in Italian and English.

Then, simply select the number of calendars you require, the most convenient delivery date and complete your order. Finally, upload your print file and wait for your order to arrive at the address indicated.

Delivery dates apply to most of the countries. Deliveries to remote locations may take two working days or more. Files or payment confirmations (Credit Card, Paypal and Bank Transfer) received after the due date may result in delivery delays.

- Check PDF files for magazines and catalogues: spine dimension and cover file
- Check the graphic layout is correct if folds are required

Download the Template and Instructions for your configured product to create accurate files that are optimised for printing.
The Template is a file that helps you to create and adapt your artwork for your chosen format. It requires a desktop publishing program to open and edit it, preferably a vector graphics editor.
The Instructions file contains all the information you need to create a print-ready file.

Send the file and track the printing process.
If the uploaded file does not comply with the rules it will not be sent for printing, which may postpone the delivery date.
Non-compliant files require action on your part - you will be sent a notification email to the address linked to your Pixartprinting account. Check your emails frequently to remain up-to-date.
